Please make sure to check the item when you receive it on the spot, if you don't want the item you can give it back to the courier and pay the delivery fees only while they are still on your doorstep as this is the only option for refunding the item. After the courier leaves we won't accept any refunds or exchanges.
When the couriers calls you please coordinate with the courier the suitable time for delivery in order for you to try the item on, if you were not able to try it please refuse to receive the item.
